What kinds of computers and devices do you work on?

Windows laptops and desktops, custom-built PCs, and home or small-business network gear. That covers hardware diagnostics and repair, screen and component replacement, upgrades, malware removal, operating-system problems, networking, and data recovery.

Do I need an appointment, or can I just bring it in?

We're open Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 4:00 PM. The fastest way to start is to tell us what the machine is doing first, so we can prep before you drop it off.

How much will a repair cost?

Every job starts with a diagnostic. Once we know what's actually wrong, you get a clear quote before any work begins — no surprise charges, and no parts swapped on a guess.

Will I lose my files, photos, or settings?

Not as a default. We fix operating-system and boot problems without wiping your files unless that's genuinely the only option — and if it ever is, we tell you first.

My hard drive died — can you recover the data?

Often, yes. We handle failing or dead drives, accidental deletion, and corrupted partitions, and we give you an honest read on what's actually recoverable before any work begins.

Do you remove viruses and malware?

Yes — pop-ups, hijacked browsers, fake antivirus alerts, and machines that are slow because they're actually infected. We can also harden the system afterward so the same thing doesn't come back.

Can you set up or fix my Wi-Fi or network?

Yes. We troubleshoot dead zones and dropped connections, place routers and access points properly, and build wired and wireless networks for homes and small businesses.

Do you offer remote support, or is it drop-off only?

Both. Many software issues, configuration changes, and walkthroughs can be handled live over a remote session — no drop-off required.

What areas do you serve?

Tahlequah, Oklahoma and the surrounding area, including ZIP codes 74464, 74401, and 74403.

How do I get started?

Tell us what's going on through the contact page, or call (918) 348-6701. We'll take it from there.

Still not sure? Tell us what it's doing and we'll point you the right way.
