Self-taught from the ground up, starting with early Windows systems and years of pulling things apart to understand how they actually work - long before any of it was a job. That hands-on foundation is backed by formal training in IT support and security fundamentals.

The approach is simple: diagnose before guessing, explain what's actually wrong in plain language, and charge a flat rate that was agreed to before any work started. No upselling, no vague "it just needs a tune-up" line items.

Outside the shop, that same curiosity goes into networking, infrastructure, and systems work the kind of background that means network and security issues get treated with the same seriousness as a cracked screen.

Service area

Tahlequah first - Cherokee County when it makes sense.

Drop-off and bench work center on Tahlequah, OK. On-site visits within about 25 miles are billed at the published on-site rate; beyond that, mileage applies as listed on the pricing page. Remote support reaches anywhere with a stable internet connection when the issue is software or configuration.

Typical customers include households fixing a family laptop, students who need a machine before the semester gets worse, gamers with thermal or storage problems, and small businesses that need a workstation imaged, a switch racked, or a messy Wi‑Fi redesign without an enterprise MSP contract.

How we work with you

Plain language, flat quotes, no upsell theater.

You talk to the same person who opens the case. That matters when the story is “it only does this when the weather is humid” or “the antivirus window looks different than usual.” Details get lost in ticket systems; they do not get lost when the technician is also the owner.

We will not invent line items for “optimization packages” that do not address the fault. If a $40 cable fixes the problem, that is the quote. If the motherboard is gone and the laptop is eight years old, we will say so before you spend more than the machine is worth. Credentials (Google IT Support and Google Cybersecurity certificates, ACE-evaluated) sit behind that judgment - they are not a substitute for bench time, but they mean networking and security issues are treated as seriously as a cracked panel.

Shop culture

Build the muscle. Kill the ego.

Self-taught foundations matter here. You learn more by reverse-engineering a dead board at midnight than by collecting slogans. Formal credentials (Google IT Support, Google Cybersecurity) are the structural members - useful, load-bearing, not a costume. The daily work is still first principles: reproduce the failure, isolate the variable, fix the cause, prove the result.

We like hard problems. Thermal nightmares. Networks that only fail when it rains. Machines that “worked until the update.” That is the fun. What we do not like is ceremony: filler line items, fear-based upsells, or repairs that cannot be explained in one plain paragraph. If we cannot explain it, we do not understand it yet - and we keep going until we do.

Ambition at this scale is simple: be the most reliable independent systems shop in the region. Not the loudest. Not the cheapest race-to-the-bottom. The one where the machine comes back stable, the story is clear, and you would trust us with the next failure without flinching.

Partners

Swissbit B2B - hardware that matches the threat model.

Passwords leak. SMS codes get SIM-swapped. Soft authenticator apps on the same phone that already has email open are better than nothing and still not enough for admin accounts. CCPCREPAIR’s answer for customers who are ready to level up is phishing-resistant hardware authentication - physical keys that require a touch (and often a PIN) before a login succeeds.

We work with Swissbit under a B2B arrangement around the iShield Key 2 series: FIDO2-certified authenticators designed for real-world durability, not novelty USB toys. That relationship means we can plan, enroll, and support the same platform we run in our own stack - including model attestation metadata (AAGUID 7787a482-13e8-4784-8a06-c7ed49a7aaf4) when a deployment needs an allow-list of company-issued keys only.

Combined with Google IT Support and Google Cybersecurity credentials, the shop is not just “fix the laptop.” It is diagnose systems, harden the accounts that control those systems, and leave you with a procedure you can explain to the next person who holds the keys.
