No fine print games. Here's how we handle your machine, your data, your money, and what happens when something doesn't go to plan.
Document CCPC-TOS-001 · Revision 2026.07
Every job starts with a diagnostic. You get a written estimate before any billable work begins - if the repair is going to cost more than the machine is worth, we tell you that instead of quietly doing it.
We don't start repairs you haven't approved. If we open a machine and find a second problem, work stops and you get a call. No surprise line items on the invoice.
Most software and malware work is same-day or next-day. Hardware repairs depend on parts availability and you'll get an ETA at drop-off. If a part backorders, we update you rather than letting the ticket go quiet.
We access your files only as far as the repair requires. We don't browse, copy, or retain personal data, and nothing leaves the shop. Working copies made during recovery are destroyed once you confirm the job is complete.
Back up anything irreplaceable before handing over a machine. We take real care with your data, but drives that are already failing can die mid-repair, and no shop can promise otherwise. Ask us if you need help making a backup first.
We give you an honest read on what's likely recoverable before starting, and we bill for the attempt, not the outcome. If we don't think it's worth your money, we'll say so up front.
Our labor is warrantied for 30 days on the specific issue we fixed. If the same problem comes back in that window, bring it in and we make it right at no charge. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty.
New or unrelated problems, physical damage after pickup, liquid damage, and reinfection caused by the same browsing or download habits that caused the first one. We'll always tell you which bucket you're in.
Residential and walk-in work is due when the job is finished and the machine is picked up. Business and enterprise accounts may be invoiced net-15 once approved. Larger builds and project work require a deposit up front, agreed in writing before we order anything.
Please pick up finished equipment within 30 days. We'll reach out more than once before that deadline. Machines left beyond 90 days with no contact may be recycled or sold to recover storage and labor costs.
The following service-level agreement applies to all engagements initiated with the phrase "hey, real quick," "you're good with computers, right," or any semantic equivalent thereof.
CCPC Repair does not operate on charity. Blood relation or long-term friendship does not constitute a valid license for free enterprise-level IT deployment, server hosting, or 24/7 helpdesk support.
Requests for personal streaming infrastructure require heavy-duty silicon, networking overhead, and dedicated administration time. All such deployments will be treated as standard corporate contracts.
A 50% upfront deposit is required before any hardware is provisioned or code is deployed. The remaining balance is due upon server launch. If you cannot cash the check, please refer to traditional, ad-supported television broadcasting.
Attendance at a family gathering does not constitute an on-site service window. Printers presented during dinner will be assessed at the standard diagnostic rate, payable in currency rather than leftovers.
Offers of "exposure," "a good word to my coworkers," or "I'll get you next time" are acknowledged with gratitude and declined with equal sincerity. Pizza is accepted only as a supplement to, and never in place of, the invoice.
Unpaid engagements carry no service-level guarantee, no uptime commitment, and no defined response window. Paid clients hold priority at all times, including over the person who taught the proprietor to ride a bicycle.
The proprietor reserves the sole and unilateral right to waive this entire section for anyone, at any time, for any reason, without explanation or precedent. Such waivers are granted, never requested, and confer no standing on future engagements.
We install licensed, legitimate software - nothing cracked, pirated, or activated against terms. If a repair requires an OS or application license you don't currently hold, we'll tell you what to buy and help you buy it correctly.
We won't bypass account security, unlock devices without proof of ownership, or access systems you aren't authorized on. Bring ID and proof of ownership for any account-recovery or lockout work.
Policies exist so nobody gets surprised - not to hide behind. If something here doesn't fit your situation, ask before you book and we'll tell you straight.
Rates for everything above are on the pricing page.

This section covers the public website at ccpcrepair.com. It is separate from how we handle files on a customer machine during a repair (see Section 2).
When you use the contact form, you provide a name, a phone number or email address, device type, and a description of the issue. We use that information only to respond, schedule work, and keep a record of the ticket. We do not sell contact form data.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (for example, which pages are visited and general device types). Analytics cookies and similar technologies may be set by Google as described in Google’s documentation. You can use browser controls to limit cookies.
This site uses Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s previous visits.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings at google.com/settings/ads. You can also learn about how Google uses data when you use partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Advertisements on this site are labeled “Ads.” They appear in sidebar, in-content, and footer placements and are separate from our own service content. Clicking an ad does not enroll you in a repair or share your ticket details with the advertiser through our form.
This website and CCPCREPAIR services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through the contact form, tickets, or marketing.
If you are under 18, please do not submit the form or book work yourself. Have a parent or legal guardian reach out on your behalf through the contact form (or in person with a parent/guardian present). We will work with the parent or guardian on diagnostics, repairs, and any account details.
If you believe we have received information from someone under 18 without a parent or guardian, contact us through the form and we will delete that information where reasonably possible.
Privacy questions about the website can be sent through the contact form. For repair-related data handling, Section 2 still applies.
